hi Jackie. thanks for doing all of this . We really appreciate it. I believe I saw the article you referred to and where i got this above quote from in the NY post. Is this where you took the most recent article from? The sentence above is very worrisome but I believe it is incorrect. According to what I have read the restriction is based upon investors who opened accounts in the last 12 months, not who sent money. Many investors did not add funds on a regular basis, in fact many invested one time and let the money “grow” If there is any way to substantiate this information pl let me know
